Fun for the family, special events, and year-round things to do: see what's happening across Northeast Arkansas. Follow us on social media, visit the community calendar or check out monthly articles for ideas on where to play in NEA.
"I love telling stories. I am passionate about creating and curating content that is important to the community: stories that share the good news, stories that highlight what makes NEA unique, stories that inform, and stories that move people to action."
When she's not typing away at her keyboard or out looking for new content, Lindsey enjoys running (yes, really!), hiking, and traveling with her husband, Jackson, and their dogs, Kona and Mira.
She's obsessed with ice cream and frozen sugary deserts so Frozen Treats is her top recommendation on this site.
"There is an art to storytelling. I am passionate about videography and design. Every story is special and I enjoy creatively sharing those stories."
When Lizzy is not filming or designing for MOR Media, she enjoys cooking, going on adventures with her friends, and spending time with her family and church.
She's a major foodie. Check out one of her favorite stories she wrote and captured photos for, a feature for Walnut Ridge, AR.
"I have lived in NEA my entire life but I still find new, exciting adventures while writing for Explore MOR. I love being able to show our community the hidden gems in the area."
Writing was Caitlin's first love, but when she isn't doing that, she spends her time at home with her daughter, Eva. She enjoys working with her hands, whether by baking, crocheting, or home improvement projects.
Caitlin is passionate about shopping local and supporting small businesses, and recommends anything in the Shop section of the site.
“From blogging and writing articles to Instagram captions and future books, writing has always been a way for me to express myself as a person and how I feel. Explore MOR allows me the ability to write while keeping my own style and also gives me the opportunity to explore places in my own community. It’s the absolute best combination.”
When she’s not working, she is treating patients as a physical therapist, teaching yoga, in the kitchen coming up with new recipes, running, or being a homebody with her husband and adopted fur-baby, Jude.
She’s obsessed with smoothie bowls, matcha lattes, nutrition and would recommend checking out: the Vegan's Guide to NEA.
"I love Jonesboro & I love lists so this is a perfect combination! I've lived in Jonesboro since 2009, I went to college here, started my career here, started and ran a local business here, have started and grown a family here and call Jonesboro home. I love highlighting the incredible city I live in and showing the locals and the world what it has to offer."
Vanna runs her own blog specifically about experiencing Jonesboro – check it out!
